For this reason, management has established this Integrated Policy, which provides the framework for continuous improvement and compliance with applicable requirements.

  • Information Security: To preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information by protecting the organization’s personal data, intellectual property, and records from internal and external threats.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and address risks related to quality, the environment, and information security, integrating preventive management into all processes.
  • Business Continuity: Develop continuity plans based on internationally recognized methodologies.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide specific training to ensure that all staff understand their responsibilities regarding quality, the environment, and information security.
  • Professional Ethics and Transparency: Always act with the highest ethical standards and maintain clear lines of communication with all stakeholders.

Guiding Principles:

  1. Integrate quality, environmental, and safety criteria into the planning and execution of processes.
  2. Set measurable goals and review them periodically to ensure continuous improvement.
  3. Assign clear responsibilities regarding quality, the environment, and information security.
  4. Communicate this policy throughout the organization and make it available to the public.

This policy will be reviewed annually and whenever significant changes occur in the management system.
