It is oriented towards satisfying our clients’ needs, excellence in management, and environmental protection. The system is based on the following principles:

We guarantee and promote innovation and continuous improvement through the updating and review of our Quality and Environmental Management System, balancing the needs of stakeholders and the sustainable use of resources.

Integration of Quality and Environmental Factors

We integrate quality and environmental factors throughout the organization and in relationships with suppliers, achieving planning and simplification of processes that contribute to strengthening operational efficiency and excellence.

Communication

We establish and maintain internal and external communication channels to ensure information flows to employees, shareholders, authorities, and society in general.

Training

We ensure that the quality and environmental policy is disseminated and understood throughout the organization, informing our employees of all relevant quality and environmental aspects in their activities and how these contribute to achieving the organization’s objectives. At the same time, we develop and implement training plans at different levels according to their respective activities, to guarantee that all our employees have the best skills for optimal job performance.

Leadership

Management and the Quality and Environmental Management Officer are committed to disseminating, complying with, and enforcing this Quality and Environmental Policy, providing the necessary means to carry it out, involving all stakeholders, and serving as a framework for establishing continuous improvement objectives for the organization.
