In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is provided:

The domain WWW.PROMEGAGALICIA.ES, hereinafter referred to as the Website, is registered in the name of PROTOTIPADO Y MECANIZADOS DE GALICIA, S.L., with registered office at C/ Madanela 18, Parque Empresarial de Porto Do Molle, Nave 7D, 36350 – Nigrán (Pontevedra), and Tax Identification Number (CIF) B27829431, hereinafter referred to as THE OWNER.

Terms of use

I.- Users

Access to and/or use of the Website WWW.PROMEGAGALICIA.ES confers the status of user, who, from that moment, fully and unreservedly accepts these general conditions, as well as any specific conditions that may complement, modify, or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and content of the Website.

II.- Use of the Website, its Services and Content

The user undertakes to use the Website and its services and content in accordance with applicable law, good faith, generally accepted practices, and public order.

The use of the Website for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to THE OWNER or any third party, or that may in any way damage or impede the normal operation of the Website, is strictly prohibited.

With respect to the content (information, texts, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.), the following is not allowed:

  • Reproduction, distribution, or modification, unless authorized by their legitimate owners or legally permitted.
  • Any infringement of the rights of THE OWNER or their legitimate owners over such content.
  • Use for any commercial or advertising purposes other than those strictly permitted.
  • Any attempt to obtain the contents of the Website by means other than those made available to users or those commonly used on the Internet, provided that such means do not cause any harm to the Website.

III.- Unilateral Modification

THE OWNER may unilaterally and without prior notice, whenever deemed appropriate, modify the structure and design of the Website, as well as modify or eliminate the services, content, and conditions of access and/or use thereof.

IV.- Hyperlinks

The establishment of any “hyperlink” between a web page and the Website shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • The reproduction, whether total or partial, of any of the services or content of the Website is not permitted.
  • Unless expressly authorized in advance, the web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, business sign, denomination, logo, slogan, or other distinctive signs belonging to THE OWNER.
  • Under no circumstances shall THE OWNER be responsible for the content or services made available to the public on the web page from which the “hyperlink” is made, nor for the information and statements included therein.

V.- Exclusion of Warranties and Liability

THE OWNER does not grant any guarantee nor is it liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise from:

  • The lack of availability, maintenance, and effective operation of the Website and/or its services or content.
  • The lack of usefulness, suitability, or validity of the Website and/or its services or content to meet specific needs, activities, or expectations of users.
  • The existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programs in the content.
  • The receipt, acquisition, storage, dissemination, or transmission by users of the content.
  • The unlawful, negligent, fraudulent use of the Website, its services or content, contrary to these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted practices, or public order, by users.
  • The lack of legality, quality, reliability, usefulness, and availability of services provided by third parties and made available to users on the Website.
  • The breach by third parties of their obligations or commitments in relation to the services provided to users through the Website.

VI.- Duration

The duration of the provision of the Website and its services is indefinite.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the Website or any of the services included therein, under the same terms as those set out in condition three.

VII.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
PROTOTIPADO Y MECANIZADOS DE GALICIA, S. L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile for any issues that may arise or actions that may be taken arising from the provision of the Website and its services and content and regarding the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with the provisions herein.

In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, PROTOTIPADO Y MECANIZADOS DE GALICIA, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Nigrán.

Unsubscribe from commercial communications

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, the user is guaranteed the possibility of unsubscribing from commercial information within a maximum period of one month from the time they communicate their wish by email to ivillamor@promegagalicia.es.
